A coffee-infused pour featuring delicious sherry and Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 0.5 oz | Coffee-infused Cynar |
| 0.25 oz | PX sherry |
| 0.25 oz | Ancho Reyes |
| + | ½ bar spoon demerara syrup |
| + | 3 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters |
| + | Orange twist, for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 15 ml | Coffee-infused Cynar |
| 7.5 ml | PX sherry |
| 7.5 ml | Ancho Reyes |
| + | ½ bar spoon demerara syrup |
| + | 3 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters |
| + | Orange twist, for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Stir all ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
