Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 0.75 oz | Oloroso sherry |
| 0.75 oz | Fresh-squeezed lemon juice |
| 0.5 oz | Pumpkin puree |
| 0.25 oz | Blood orange syrup, such as Liquid Alchemist brand |
| + | 1 bar spoon St Elizabeth Allspice Dram |
| + | 1 dash Bar Keep Baked Apple Bitters |
| + | Grated cinnamon and edible flower, for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Oloroso sherry |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh-squeezed lemon juice |
| 15 ml | Pumpkin puree |
| 7.5 ml | Blood orange syrup, such as Liquid Alchemist brand |
| + | 1 bar spoon St Elizabeth Allspice Dram |
| + | 1 dash Bar Keep Baked Apple Bitters |
| + | Grated cinnamon and edible flower, for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Shake all liquid ingredients except garnish in cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously with ice and fine strain into chilled coupe glass over a single chunk of large, clear ice.
- Garnish with grated cinnamon and an edible flower.
