2 oz Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo
0.25 oz PX sherry
+ 2 bar spoons demerara syrup
+ 2 dashes walnut bitters
+ Orange peel, for garnish
60 ml Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo
7.5 ml PX sherry
+ 2 bar spoons demerara syrup
+ 2 dashes walnut bitters
+ Orange peel, for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.
  2. Strain over an ice sphere in a rocks glass.
  3. Express the oils of the orange peel onto the surface of the drink, and use the peel to garnish.
