| 15 ml | Oloroso sherry |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh squeezed lime juice |
| 15 ml | Tamarind syrup |
| 7.5 ml | Orgeat |
| 10-12 | Mint leaves |
| + | 3 dashes Angostura bitters, for topping |
