Sherry Cask Swizzle
Swizzle together a Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo cocktail like no other, featuring oloroso sherry, tamarind, lime, and more.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 0.5 oz | Oloroso sherry |
| 0.75 oz | Fresh squeezed lime juice |
| 0.5 oz | Tamarind syrup |
| 0.25 oz | Orgeat |
| 10-12 | Mint leaves |
| + | 3 dashes Angostura bitters, for topping |
| + | Mint bouquet, for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Sherry Cask Aged Añejo |
| 15 ml | Oloroso sherry |
| 22.5 ml | Fresh squeezed lime juice |
| 15 ml | Tamarind syrup |
| 7.5 ml | Orgeat |
| 10-12 | Mint leaves |
| + | 3 dashes Angostura bitters, for topping |
| + | Mint bouquet, for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine mint leaves, lime juice, tamarind syrup, and orgeat in a highball glass and muddle gently.
- Fill the glass with pellet or crushed ice and add tequila and sherry.
- Use a swizzle stick or bar spool to “swizzle” the cocktail.
- Top with more ice, dash bitters over the top, and garnish with mint bouquet.
