That’s why Dallas-based bartender Scott Jenkins created this spicy tequila cocktail featured in D Magazine and Texas Monthly. Crisp Patrón Silver, fresh bell pepper, and strawberry make the Ocaso one cocktail you’ll want to try ASAP.

Ocaso Cocktail Recipe
- 2 oz Patrón Silver
- .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Aperol
- .25 oz Agave syrup
- .375 oz Cardamaro
- + 2 Strawberries
- + 2 Strips of red bell pepper ¼ inch wide
- Garnish:Red serrano pepper
- Muddle pepper and strawberry in a shaker tin.
- Add all additional ingredients and ice to tin.
- Shake hard to chill and combine.
- Double strain into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a red serrano pepper.
