Green Juice, Meet Tequila

When it came to the feature cocktail for Nashville’s #SecretDiningSociety, mixologist Brandon Kemp proved it actually is easy being green—as long as you add Patrón, that is. Packed with fresh cilantro, green peppers and pineapple, The Bright Side is almost certain to become your new favorite way to drink your veggies.

The Bright Side
- 2 oz Roca Patrón Silver
- .75 oz lime juice
- .75 oz pineapple nectar
- .5 oz agave
- Muddled cilantro stalk
- Muddled green pepper
- Ice
- Smoked Spanish paprika and salt, to rim the glass
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
In a shaker, combine the Roca Patrón Silver, lime juice, pineapple nectar, agave, muddled cilantro and muddled green pepper. Shake and pour over ice in a rocks glass rimmed with smoked Spanish paprika and salt; garnish with a pineapple slice and serve.
