1.5 oz Roca Patrón Reposado
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Vanilla and clove syrup
.25 oz Egg white
4 drops Peychaud’s Bitters
+ Mint leaf and vanilla pod for garnish
45 ml Roca Patrón Reposado
30 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml Vanilla and clove syrup
7.5 ml Egg white
4 drops Peychaud’s Bitters
+ Mint leaf and vanilla pod for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

Method

  1. Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake ingredients (without ice) for 10 seconds.
  2. Add other ingredients and shake thoroughly for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf and vanilla pod.
