  • ml
2 oz Patrón Añejo
1 oz MARTINI Rosso Vermouth
.25 oz Rosemary syrup*
1 dash Angostura bitters
+ Orange twist for garnish
60 ml Patrón Añejo
30 ml MARTINI Rosso Vermouth
7.5 ml Rosemary syrup*
1 dash Angostura bitters
+ Orange twist for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill.
  2. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist dropped into cocktail.

*Rosemary syrup: Combine 1 cup pure cane sugar and one cup of water in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Add the petals of two sprigs of rosemary and simmer until a predominant rosemary flavor emerges. Strain rosemary from syrup and chill.
