Give yourself a little bonus with this classic digestif that makes the end to any long day well worth the wait.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| 1 oz | MARTINI Rosso Vermouth |
| .25 oz | Rosemary syrup* |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| + | Orange twist for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 30 ml | MARTINI Rosso Vermouth |
| 7.5 ml | Rosemary syrup* |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| + | Orange twist for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill.
- Strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist dropped into cocktail.
*Rosemary syrup: Combine 1 cup pure cane sugar and one cup of water in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Add the petals of two sprigs of rosemary and simmer until a predominant rosemary flavor emerges. Strain rosemary from syrup and chill.
