1.5 oz Patrón Silver*
.35 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
.35 oz Agave syrup
.7 oz Milk
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
4 pieces Coriander
2 pieces Chilli
+ Lemongrass
+ Micro coriander and dried chilli for garnish
+ Shrimp salt rim***
45 ml Patrón Silver*
10.5 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
10.5 ml Agave syrup
21 ml Milk
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
4 pieces Coriander
2 pieces Chilli
+ Lemongrass
+ Micro coriander and dried chilli for garnish
+ Shrimp salt rim***

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all the ingredients with ice to a shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into a shrimp salt-rimmed rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a micro coriander and dried chilli.

***Shrimp salt rim:

  1. Add 150 g of shrimp powder to 250g of salt.
