The wait is over for a crushed ice cocktail that seamlessly combines coconut and pineapple with refreshing mint.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Blue Citrónge* |
| .25 oz | Tempus Fugit Creme de Menthe |
| 1 oz | Coconut Puree (Perfect Puree) |
| .5 oz | Pineapple juice |
| .5 oz | Lime juice |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Blue Citrónge* |
| 7.5 ml | Tempus Fugit Creme de Menthe |
| 30 ml | Coconut Puree (Perfect Puree) |
| 15 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 15 ml | Lime juice |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice.
- Shake to chill and combine.
- Add contents of the shaker into a brandy snifter or old fashioned glass.
- Top with fresh crushed ice, garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of pineapple.
* Blue Citrónge
Add 2 drops of blue food coloring to .5 oz of Citrónge Orange Liqueur.
