Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Lime juice |
| .5 oz | Passion fruit puree |
| .5 oz | Rich demerara syrup (2 to 1) |
| 2 | Jalapeño coins |
| + | Old Bay Seasoning rim |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Lime juice |
| 15 ml | Passion fruit puree |
| 15 ml | Rich demerara syrup (2 to 1) |
| 2 | Jalapeño coins |
| + | Old Bay Seasoning rim |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and shake until chilled.
- Double strain into a rocks glass rimmed with Old Bay Seasoning.
- Garnish with an orange wheel and mint sprig.
