2 oz Patrón Silver
.75 oz Grapefruit soda
.5 oz Lechuguilla juice
.5 oz Piloncillo & chicatanas agave syrup
.5 oz Aged grapefruit liqueur
.5 oz Lemon juice
+ Xoconostle salt
+ Dash of bitters
+ Chamomile and sage perfume
+ Dehydrated grapefruit and flower for garnish
60 ml Patrón Silver
22.5 ml Grapefruit soda
15 ml Lechuguilla juice
15 ml Piloncillo & chicatanas agave syrup
15 ml Aged grapefruit liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice
+ Xoconostle salt
+ Dash of bitters
+ Chamomile and sage perfume
+ Dehydrated grapefruit and flower for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all ingredients except the bitters and perfume to the tin of a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled and combined.
  3. In a volcanic stone glass, pile frappé ice with a peak in the center like a snow cone.
  4. Strain the cocktail over the ice in the glass, finishing with the dash of bitters and delicate spray of perfume.
  5. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and one flower.
