Recipe Ingredients

Servings 1
1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
.75 oz Pineapple sherbet
.5 oz Mexican lager
.5 oz Cream
.5 oz Lime
.5 oz Egg white
+ Pineapple leaves and dehydrated chile for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all ingredients except the Mexican lager to a shaker and dry shake.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and top with lager.
  4. Garnish with pineapple leaves and dehydrated chile.
