Chelsie Bailey

After over a decade of shaking cocktails in her home of Bristol, Chelsie Bailey has landed as the bar manager at Red Light in Bristol where she brings her knowledge and experience to the bar. Over the years, she has been a well-known competitor in cocktail competitions such as Bristol’s Best Bartender, a title she won in 2017, along with being named a Patrón Perfectionists UK finalist.
