A fruity take on the classic Caipirinha inspired by the picturesque views that stretch for miles outside of Hacienda Patrón.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Estate Release |
| .5 oz | Grapefruit shrub (such as Liber & Co) |
| .25 oz | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Key lime, quartered |
| 60 ml | Patrón Estate Release |
| 15 ml | Grapefruit shrub (such as Liber & Co) |
| 7.5 ml | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Key lime, quartered |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In the bottom of a mixing tin, muddle lime wedges with simple syrup.
- Add Patrón Estate and shrub, then shake with ice to chill and combine.
- Pour contents into a rocks glass and serve.
