From Melbourne bartender Chris Hysted-Adams, this cocktail, aptly named the Death Flip, brings together the bright flavors of Patrón Silver and Yellow Chartreuse with punchy Jågermeister. The addition of vanilla softens the spirit-forward notes and egg white gives a velvety touch to every sip. Inspired by his approach to getting patrons to try cocktails outside of their comfort zone at his home bar, the Black Pearl, Chris brought all of these less common flavors together into one drink to open cocktail lovers’ eyes to new tequila concepts. - 1 oz Patrón Silver
- .5 oz Jägermeister
- .5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 bar spoon Vanilla syrup
- 1 Egg
- + Grated Nutmeg for garnish
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake then shake with ice.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg.
