Kick off the Week by Going Greek
See what flavors are being served up at the Patrón booth for the first day of London Cocktail Week
Sep. 28, 2017
London Cocktail Week is going Greek. To start the week of great drinks off right, the Patrón bar is serving up a Greece meets Jalisco cocktail, the Patrón Echo, from Nikos Bakoulis, one of the leading bartenders at Athens’ The Clumsies. This cocktail was inspired by the commonalities between some ingredients shared by Nikos’s and Patrón’s homelands. Patrón Silver and Mezcal come together to build a smoky base while a vegetal and sweet Greek syrup adds a touch of green herbaciousness and melds with more citrus and spice. Fresh yet smoky, the Patrón Echo lives on The Clumsies menu under another name with a slight twist but is being brought to life in England for London Cocktail Week.
