Hailing from the Highlands, the United Kingdom’s Perfectionist is Scotland’s own Mike McGinty.
Mike emerged victorious after presenting his simple, yet complex cocktail that balances heat, floral notes, citrus and savory flavors perfectly. Taking inspiration from Mexican ingredients and the soul of Jalisco, Mike put his creativity and knowledge of flavor structures to use when dreaming up this drink. Everyone in Edinburgh, get ready to rush to his bar to try a taste of perfection. Congratulations, Mike!
