On Tuesday, October 4th, London got a taste of authentic Mexican tequila at its finest with bartender José Luis León of Limantour in Mexico City and Adrian Borgaro hosting a takeover of Cocktail Lab located in the center of bustling Spitalfields Market.
Guests received José’s signature drink of the day, the spicy and citrusy
Patrón Chipotle Punch inspired by the flavor and the aromatic nature of the Chipotle pepper. And twenty lucky members of the trade were invited to attend the bartender’s Masterclass on Mexican heritage – a celebration of tradition, culture and of course, tequila.
