El Pacto Makes an Impact in Spain

The Perfectionists Spain competition saw a lot of unique drinks and plenty of talented bartenders on hand, including runner-up Fernando Fastuca. His spirited cocktail, El Pacto features Patrón Reposado and was inspired by the craft ideology Patrón uses in creating tequila – from using pineapple syrup to reflect agave juice extracted from piñas to a Patrón cork garnished on the open vintage glass. A smoking machine created an additional dramatic flair during presentation but there was no cloudiness in judgement when it came to presenting the cocktail with its rightful place in Perfectionists history. Congratulations, Fernando!
