45 ml Patrón XO Cafe
180 ml Club soda
60 ml Heavy cream

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. In the bottom of a collins glass, stir XO Cafe and heavy cream together.
  2. While stirring, pour club soda into the glass, stirring continuously to achieve a frothy texture.
  3. Serve with a straw.
