1.5 oz	Patrón XO Cafe
6 oz	Club soda
2 oz	Heavy cream
45 ml	Patrón XO Cafe
180 ml	Club soda
60 ml	Heavy cream

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

In the bottom of a collins glass, stir XO Cafe and heavy cream together.
While stirring, pour club soda into the glass, stirring continuously to achieve a frothy texture.
Serve with a straw.
