Recipe Ingredients
| 1.4 oz | Patrón Silver Tequila |
| 0.3 oz | Fino sherry |
| 0.5 oz | Simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar) |
| 0.6 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 0.6 oz | Celery juice (freshly juiced) |
| 0.5 oz | Kiwifruit juice (freshly juiced) |
| + | Vanilla-infused olive oil |
| 40 ml | Patrón Silver Tequila |
| 10 ml | Fino sherry |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar) |
| 20 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 20 ml | Celery juice (freshly juiced) |
| 15 ml | Kiwifruit juice (freshly juiced) |
| + | Vanilla-infused olive oil |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Shake up all the ingredients with ice
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with 2 drops of vanilla-infused virgin olive oil (scrape seeds of a split vanilla pod into bottle of olive oil and shake to disperse)
