Eau de Lavender
A classic, herbal and citrusy cocktail that’s perfect for showers, sophisticated lunches or anytime you’re feeling fancy.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver | 
| .75 oz | Lemon juice | 
| .75 oz | Honey syrup (equal parts honey & water) | 
| 1 | Egg white | 
| 1 dash | Scrappy's Lavender Bitters | 
| + | Edible flower for garnish | 
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver | 
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice | 
| 22.5 ml | Honey syrup (equal parts honey & water) | 
| 1 | Egg white | 
| 1 dash | Scrappy's Lavender Bitters | 
| + | Edible flower for garnish | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously.
 - Add ice and shake again to emulsify thoroughly.
 - Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with an edible flower.
