Ingredients

  • oz
  • ml
2 oz Patrón Reposado
2 oz Hibiscus extract
2 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Topo Chico
4 Mint leaves
2 Star anise, one for garnish
+ Orange peel for garnish
60 ml Patrón Reposado
60 ml Hibiscus extract
60 ml Lime juice
45 ml Topo Chico
4 Mint leaves
2 Star anise, one for garnish
+ Orange peel for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine mint and star anise into a cocktail shaker and lightly muddle.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except Topo Chico and ice.
  3. Shake until chilled.
  4. Strain into collins glass with ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist & star anise.
  6. Top with Topo Chico.
