| 1 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| 1 oz | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 1 oz | Mezcal-cream* |
| 1 dash | Aromatic bitters |
| 30 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 30 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 30 ml | Mezcal-cream* |
| 1 dash | Aromatic bitters |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients (except heavy cream) in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Layer mezcal-cream* on top.
*Mezcal-cream: Gently whip 2 oz heavy cream with .5 oz mezcal, so that it's thickened but still pourable.
