Recipe Ingredients
| 1.75 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| .75 oz | Grapefruit juice |
| .75 oz | Lemon juice |
| .5 oz | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Pod vanilla |
| 1 | Pinch black pepper |
| 1 | Pinch cardamom oleo |
| + | Castle milk stout beer foam |
| + | Dehydrated grapefruit and grapefruit dust for garnish |
| 52.5 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 22.5 ml | Grapefruit juice |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice |
| 15 ml | Simple syrup |
| 1 | Pod vanilla |
| 1 | Pinch black pepper |
| 1 | Pinch cardamom oleo |
| + | Castle milk stout beer foam |
| + | Dehydrated grapefruit and grapefruit dust for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients except stout foam and garnishes in a shaker.
- Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
- Spray the castle milk stout foam on top of the cocktail.
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and a sprinkle of grapefruit dust.
