1.75 oz Patrón Añejo
.75 oz Grapefruit juice
.75 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 Pod vanilla
1 Pinch black pepper
1 Pinch cardamom oleo
+ Castle milk stout beer foam
+ Dehydrated grapefruit and grapefruit dust for garnish
52.5 ml Patrón Añejo
22.5 ml Grapefruit juice
22.5 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Simple syrup
1 Pod vanilla
1 Pinch black pepper
1 Pinch cardamom oleo
+ Castle milk stout beer foam
+ Dehydrated grapefruit and grapefruit dust for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients except stout foam and garnishes in a shaker.
  2. Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Spray the castle milk stout foam on top of the cocktail.
  4. Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit and a sprinkle of grapefruit dust.
