Epic Margarita

This sweet and modern margarita with a sharp yet refreshing touch of cucumber and celery is perfectly suited to garnish attention and entertain a crowd.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver | 
| .75 oz | Cucumber shrub* | 
| .75 oz | Fresh lime juice | 
| .25 oz | Agave syrup | 
| 2 dashes | Miracle Mile Celery Bitters | 
| + | Fanned cucumber for garnish | 
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver | 
| 22.5 ml | Cucumber shrub* | 
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice | 
| 7.5 ml | Agave syrup | 
| 2 dashes | Miracle Mile Celery Bitters | 
| + | Fanned cucumber for garnish | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In a cocktail tin, shake Patrón Silver, agave syrup, cucumber shrub*, ice, lime juice and celery bitters.
 - Strain into a double old fashioned glass.
 - Add ice and crack black pepper on top.
 - Garnish with a fanned cucumber on the rim.
 
*Cucumber Shrub
 1 Large cucumber
 2 oz White wine balsamic vinegar
 2 oz Apple cider vinegar
 2 oz Pure cane sugar
 .5 tsp Kosher salt
- Puree all ingredients and pour through strainer.
 - Store in glass mason jar for up to 2 months.
