Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | PATRÓN Reposado | 
| 1 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur | 
| .75 oz | Fresh lime juice | 
| .5 oz | Simple syrup | 
| 1 | Egg white | 
| 9 | Whole raspberries | 
| 1 | Mist Angostura bitters (optional) | 
| 45 ml | PATRÓN Reposado | 
| 30 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur | 
| 22.5 ml | Fresh lime juice | 
| 15 ml | Simple syrup | 
| 1 | Egg white | 
| 9 | Whole raspberries | 
| 1 | Mist Angostura bitters (optional) | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In a mixing glass, combine 6 raspberries, spirits, lime juice and simple syrup.
 - Shake ingredients with ice, strain back into short tin.
 - Add an egg white and dry shake (without ice) thoroughly.
 - Using a mesh strainer, fine-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
 - Garnish with 3 raspberries and a mist of Angostura bitters.
