Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| 1 oz | Lustau Deluxe Cream Sherry |
| 1 oz | LaCroix Pamplemousse Sparkling Water |
| .25 oz | Simple syrup |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| 1 dash | Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters |
| + | Luxardo Cherry for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 30 ml | Lustau Deluxe Cream Sherry |
| 30 ml | LaCroix Pamplemousse Sparkling Water |
| 7.5 ml | Simple syrup |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| 1 dash | Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters |
| + | Luxardo Cherry for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In a beaker or mixing glass, add all ingredients except LaCroix.
- Add ice and stir.
- Strain up into a coupe.
- Top with 1 oz of LaCroix.
- Garnish with a Luxardo Cherry.
