1.5 oz Roca Patrón Reposado
1 oz Citrónge Orange Liqueur
.75 oz Fresh lime juice
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 Egg white
9 Whole raspberries
1 Mist Angostura bitters (optional)
45 ml Roca Patrón Reposado
30 ml Citrónge Orange Liqueur
22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
15 ml Simple syrup
1 Egg white
9 Whole raspberries
1 Mist Angostura bitters (optional)

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

Method

  1. In a mixing glass, combine 6 raspberries, spirits, lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Shake ingredients with ice, strain back into short tin.
  3. Add an egg white and dry shake (without ice) thoroughly.
  4. Using a mesh strainer, fine-strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
  5. Garnish with 3 raspberries and a mist of Angostura bitters.
