2 oz Roca Patrón Añejo
.5 oz Simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
1 dash Absinthe
+ Lemon peel for garnish
60 ml Roca Patrón Añejo
15 ml Simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
1 dash Absinthe
+ Lemon peel for garnish

How to Make

  1. "Rinse" a chilled rocks glass with absinthe or Herbsaint by swirling the spirit, allowing it to coat the glass, then discard the excess.
  2. In a mixing glass, combine Roca Patrón Añejo, simple syrup, and bitters.
  3. Add ice and stir to chill.
  4. Strain into the absinthe-seasoned rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel.
