French Quarter Crusta
A New Orlean's signature, the French Quarter Crusta takes citrusy Italian flavors and goes modern with the addition of Patrón Añejo.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| .25 oz | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| .75 oz | Lemon juice |
| .25 oz | Calvados |
| 2 dashes | Peychaud’s bitters |
| + | Salt and sugar rim |
| + | Orange peel for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 7.5 ml | Citrónge Orange Liqueur |
| 22.5 ml | Lemon juice |
| 7.5 ml | Calvados |
| 2 dashes | Peychaud’s bitters |
| + | Salt and sugar rim |
| + | Orange peel for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Prepare your glass by moistening the rim with an orange wedge and rolling the edge in a mixture of equal parts sugar and salt.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously to chill.
- Strain into rimmed glass.
- Garnish with large curl of orange peel.
