Frozen "Hot" Chocolate
A touch of cayenne cocoa powder brings the heat to this sweet dessert cocktail that's hot chocolate's better tasting twin.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón XO Cafe | 
| .5 oz | Patrón Añejo | 
| .5 oz | Chocolate syrup | 
| 1 | Large scoop vanilla ice cream | 
| 1 | Scoop ice | 
| + | Pinch of cayenne-cocoa powder for garnish | 
| 45 ml | Patrón XO Cafe | 
| 15 ml | Patrón Añejo | 
| 15 ml | Chocolate syrup | 
| 1 | Large scoop vanilla ice cream | 
| 1 | Scoop ice | 
| + | Pinch of cayenne-cocoa powder for garnish | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine ingredients in a blender pitcher and blend until a smooth texture is achieved.
- Pour into a parfait glass or goblet.
- Garnish with a pinch of cayenne-cocoa powder.
