1.2 oz	Patrón XO Cafe
.5 oz	Lemon juice
4 oz	Ginger beer
+	Mint sprig for garnish
36 ml	Patrón XO Cafe
15 ml	Lemon juice
120 ml	Ginger beer
+	Mint sprig for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

Over ice, add Patrón XO Cafe and lemon juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
