
Sunrise Bloody Maria
This spicy bloody maria with carrot and lime juice brightness heats up any celebration.
Recipe Ingredients
1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
3 oz | Tomato juice |
3 oz | Carrot juice |
2 tsp | Mexican Spice Mix*, adjust to personal taste |
+ | Chiles and carrot, for garnish |
45 ml | Patrón Silver |
90 ml | Tomato juice |
90 ml | Carrot juice |
2 tsp | Mexican Spice Mix*, adjust to personal taste |
+ | Chiles and carrot, for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously.
- Pour over ice into a highball glass.
- Garnish with chiles and carrot.
*Mexican Spice Mix:
2 Ancho chiles
1 tbsp Mexican oregano
1.5 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Agave syrup
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 Red onion (whole)
1 oz Worchestershire sauce
2.5 oz Orange juice
+ Salt and pepper
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
