- Combine Patrón Silver, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour over fresh ice in a collins glass that's been half-rimmed with lemon zest, salt and sugar rim.
- Pour the puree over a bar spoon on top to "float" it.
