This spicy, citrusy cocktail is as fresh as can be and was inspired by a farmer’s market by the same name in Santurce, Puerto Rico.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.75 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 1 oz | Grapefruit juice |
| .75 oz | Pineapple ancho shrub |
| .5 oz | Grapefruit juice |
| 1 | Barspoon clove honey |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| + | Half-slice of dehydrated grapefruit for garnish |
| + | Ancho salt for garnish |
| 52.5 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 30 ml | Grapefruit juice |
| 22.5 ml | Pineapple ancho shrub |
| 15 ml | Grapefruit juice |
| 1 | Barspoon clove honey |
| 1 dash | Angostura bitters |
| + | Half-slice of dehydrated grapefruit for garnish |
| + | Ancho salt for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine ingredients in a shaker tin.
- Add ice, shake and strain over a big rock of ice in a double rocks glass.
- Garnish with half-dehydrated grapefruit on top of ice and sprinkle ancho salt over it.
