1.5 oz Patrón Silver
1 oz Homemade lime shrub (sherry vinegar, lime zest, salt and sugar)
.5 oz Mandarine Napoleon
.5 oz Homemade red beet syrup (red beet juice and sugar)
2 dashes Cilantro-lime bitters
+ Dried orange wheel for garnish
+ Fresh fennel for garnish
+ Lime wedge coated in red beet syrup and sugar for garnish
45 ml Patrón Silver
30 ml Homemade lime shrub (sherry vinegar, lime zest, salt and sugar)
15 ml Mandarine Napoleon
15 ml Homemade red beet syrup (red beet juice and sugar)
2 dashes Cilantro-lime bitters
+ Dried orange wheel for garnish
+ Fresh fennel for garnish
+ Lime wedge coated in red beet syrup and sugar for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled tumbler glass with ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with a straw, dried orange wheel, fresh fennel and a lime wedge that has been coated in red beet syrup and sugar.
