Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Silver |
| .5 oz | Wildflower honey |
| .5 oz | Sour mix |
| 3 dashes | Kombu algae bitters |
| 1 | Splash soda infused with horseradish and grapefruit |
| + | Dehydrated orange slice, edible flowers and a mint sprig for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 15 ml | Wildflower honey |
| 15 ml | Sour mix |
| 3 dashes | Kombu algae bitters |
| 1 | Splash soda infused with horseradish and grapefruit |
| + | Dehydrated orange slice, edible flowers and a mint sprig for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add all ingredients except the soda to a shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain over ice into a highball glass.
- Top with soda.
- Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice, edible flowers and a mint sprig.
