Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Silver | 
| .8 oz | Simple syrup | 
| .5 oz | Passion fruit puree | 
| .2 oz | Balsamic vinegar | 
| 1 | Egg white | 
| 2 | Fresh strawberries | 
| 3 | Basil leaves, 1 for garnish | 
| 60 ml | Patrón Silver | 
| 24 ml | Simple syrup | 
| 15 ml | Passion fruit puree | 
| 6 ml | Balsamic vinegar | 
| 1 | Egg white | 
| 2 | Fresh strawberries | 
| 3 | Basil leaves, 1 for garnish | 
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Muddle together strawberries, basil leaves and simple syrup into cocktail shaker.
- Add Patrón, balsamic vinegar, passion fruit puree and egg white to the shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify egg white.
- Add ice and shake to chill.
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a basil leaf.
