Cucumber Tonic

Full of mint and cucumber, and topped with Fever Tree tonic water, this herbal highball is the perfect finish to a long weekend.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 4 oz | Fever Tree Citrus tonic water |
| 10 | Mint leaves |
| 1 | Slice cucumber |
| + | Cucumber ribbon and mint sprig for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 120 ml | Fever Tree Citrus tonic water |
| 10 | Mint leaves |
| 1 | Slice cucumber |
| + | Cucumber ribbon and mint sprig for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle a 1-inch thick piece of cucumber and 8-10 mint leaves with the Patrón Silver.
- Add ice and shake to chill and combine.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with Fever Tree tonic water.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a mint sprig.
