It's island time for this modern aperitif with a savory touch that is a refreshing complement to a long day in the sun.
Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | Patrón Silver |
| 1 oz | Martini Prosecco and asparagus shrub |
| 3 dashes | Malic acid solution |
| 3 dashes | Mineral saline |
| 2 dashes | Tarquin's Cornish Pastis |
| 2 pieces | Cucumber |
| + | Sea salt rim |
| + | Aloe flesh and cucumber water spray for garnish |
| 60 ml | Patrón Silver |
| 30 ml | Martini Prosecco and asparagus shrub |
| 3 dashes | Malic acid solution |
| 3 dashes | Mineral saline |
| 2 dashes | Tarquin's Cornish Pastis |
| 2 pieces | Cucumber |
| + | Sea salt rim |
| + | Aloe flesh and cucumber water spray for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Rim a coupe glass with sea salt.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice and shake vigorously until ingredients are diluted and cool.
- Strain cocktail into the rimmed glass.
- Finish with aloe flesh and cucumber water spray garnish.
