Modern smoke and spice bring this isle-inspired cocktail to life with a touch of Guinness and crisp green flavor.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.75 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| 1.75 oz | Homemade Guinness reduction |
| 1.75 oz | Cucumber and lime water |
| .25 oz | Agave Sec liqueur |
| 2 dashes | Tabasco |
| 2 dashes | Whiskey barrel-aged bitters |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Viola flowers for garnish |
| 52.5 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 52.5 ml | Homemade Guinness reduction |
| 52.5 ml | Cucumber and lime water |
| 7.5 ml | Agave Sec liqueur |
| 2 dashes | Tabasco |
| 2 dashes | Whiskey barrel-aged bitters |
| 1 | Egg white |
| + | Viola flowers for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Add the ingredients to a shaker tin starting with the smallest quantities and moving to the largest.
- Add cubed ice to the shaker and shake until diluted.
- Strain and roll the drink between the tins before pouring into a glass.
- Garnish with viola flowers.
