22.5 ml | Honey-Jalapeño Syrup* |
22.5 ml | Fresh Lemon Juice |

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass rimmed with Tajín.
- Garnish with the lemon wheel.
*Honey-Jalapeño Syrup:
- 8 oz Honey
- 4 oz Water
- 3 Slices of Jalapeno
- In a saucepan, heat honey, water and jalapeño. Stir on a low heat for 5-7 minutes, reducing slightly and thickening. When desired flavor is achieved, strain and bottle the syrup. Keep refrigerated up to one month.
