Ingredients

1.5 oz Patrón Reposado
.75 oz Honey-Jalapeño Syrup*
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Mango Puree
+ Tajín Rim + Lemon Wheel
45 ml Patrón Reposado
22.5 ml Honey-Jalapeño Syrup*
22.5 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5 ml Mango Puree
+ Tajín Rim + Lemon Wheel

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill.
  2. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass rimmed with Tajín.
  3. Garnish with the lemon wheel.

*Honey-Jalapeño Syrup:

  • 8 oz Honey
  • 4 oz Water
  • 3 Slices of Jalapeno
  • In a saucepan, heat honey, water and jalapeño. Stir on a low heat for 5-7 minutes, reducing slightly and thickening. When desired flavor is achieved, strain and bottle the syrup. Keep refrigerated up to one month.
