Let brunch flow into Sunday Funday with this tropical and citrusy cocktail with a hint of cinnamon.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1.5 oz | Patrón Reposado |
| 1 oz | Patrón XO Cafe |
| .75 oz | Passion fruit syrup |
| .75 oz | Cinnamon and grapefruit syrup |
| 1 oz | Lime juice |
| 1 oz | Orange juice |
| 2 dashes | Angostura aromatic bitters |
| 6 drops | Absinthe |
| + | Ground cinnamon for garnish |
| 45 ml | Patrón Reposado |
| 30 ml | Patrón XO Cafe |
| 22.5 ml | Passion fruit syrup |
| 22.5 ml | Cinnamon and grapefruit syrup |
| 30 ml | Lime juice |
| 30 ml | Orange juice |
| 2 dashes | Angostura aromatic bitters |
| 6 drops | Absinthe |
| + | Ground cinnamon for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Build all ingredients in a shaker tin and fill with crushed ice.
- Pour contents into an elaborate glass or mug.
- Top with fresh crushed ice.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
