1.5 oz Patrón Añejo
.5 oz Amaretto
2 oz Sparkling wine
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Vanilla simple syrup
+ Pear slice for garnish
+ Lemon twist for garnish
45 ml Patrón Añejo
15 ml Amaretto
60 ml Sparkling wine
15 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Vanilla simple syrup
+ Pear slice for garnish
+ Lemon twist for garnish

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a flute and top with sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with a pear slice and lemon twist.
