A touch of grenadine, citrus and herbal flavor put the funk in this rum and Patrón cool weather cocktail to make you do the jive.
Recipe Ingredients
| 1 oz | Patrón Añejo |
| 1 oz | BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Diez |
| .5 oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| .25 oz | Grenadine |
| .5 oz | Fresh Lime juice |
| .5 oz | Simple Syrup |
| .25 oz | Herbsaint |
| 1 oz | Seltzer |
| + | Pineapple leaves for garnish |
| + | Cherry for garnish |
| 30 ml | Patrón Añejo |
| 30 ml | BACARDÍ Gran Reserva Diez |
| 15 ml | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 7.5 ml | Grenadine |
| 15 ml | Fresh Lime juice |
| 15 ml | Simple Syrup |
| 7.5 ml | Herbsaint |
| 30 ml | Seltzer |
| + | Pineapple leaves for garnish |
| + | Cherry for garnish |
Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.
How to Make
- Combine all ingredients into a drink mixer tin with crushed ice.
- Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into a double old fashioned.
- Garnish with two pineapple leaves and a cherry.
