1.5 oz Patrón Añejo
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Carrot juice
4 1-inch chunks of celery
45 ml Patrón Añejo
22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
22.5 ml Simple syrup
30 ml Carrot juice
4 1-inch chunks of celery

Unless noted, drinks should be made one at a time.

How to Make

  1. In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle celery and simple syrup.
  2. Add Patrón Añejo, lemon and carrot juice.
  3. Shake vigorously with ice and strain onto fresh ice in a double old fashioned glass.
